This policy explains how the NGN Portal uses cookies and browser storage. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies are optional and only used with your consent.

Essential cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be switched off in our systems:

• Supabase authentication cookies (sb-*): keep you signed in securely. Duration: session / up to 7 days with sliding expiry.

Analytics cookies (optional)

With your consent, we use PostHog (EU hosting) to understand how features are used and to capture anonymised error information. PostHog may set cookies such as ph_* to distinguish sessions. We configure analytics to avoid collecting message content, email bodies, or phone numbers.

If you decline analytics cookies, the portal works normally but we do not load PostHog tracking.

Managing preferences

When you first visit, you can accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy & legal → Cookie Policy, or by clearing site data and revisiting.

If you experience sign-in issues after using other Supabase projects, visit /cookie-reset.html to clear conflicting cookies.
